Who we are

Today Etiqué consist of six 11th grade girls at Science Leadership Academy who are striving to overcome the sterotypes of being a young African American female. We are achieving this through academic acheivement, personal developement and reflection on our life setbacks.

For the 2013-2014 term Etiqué will only consist of these six young ladies. We hope to expand and build more mentoring relationships for our next term.

Etiqué is a non profit organization for girls which creates a sisterhood through mentorship and interaction.

Etiqué provides life prepatory activities that will help the girls get one step ahead in the next steps they will take in life. Some activities are Resume Building, SAT prep, and Community Service.

We create a sisterhood through support. We serve as support systems for one another through the best time and the wrost times. We have one on one relationships with mentors who provide the girls with knowledge that may come in handy during situations they are currently encountering or may in counter in the furture.
